Brink Hall Farm

Located 10 miles North of Lincoln on the Lincoln Edge by the historic air base of RAF Scampton. Two types of soil predominate. The first being Shallow lime-rich soils over limestone to the west and to the east Slowly permeable seasonally wet slightly acid but base-rich loamy and clayey soil.

Biodiversity on the farm

Hares, Deer, Foxes and Badgers are all seen on the farm. Buzzards, Lapwings, English Partridges would be exceptional bird life viewings along with the usual population of farm life birds. Buffer zones and wildlife corridors surround the margins of the fields that have water courses nearby . This encourages beetle and insect life that promote the huge amount of activity on these strips.
